Jordan Colbert has worked in higher education for 10+ years, spanning research, counseling services, disability services, and faculty professional development. Jordan has counseled thousands of students through their academic journey from high school to their doctorate degrees. Jordan has an expertise in assistive technology, academic skills and access, and disability counseling.
Jordan holds credentials as an Assistive Technology Professional, a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, and a masters degree from the University of Southern California in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jordan‘s years of student focused success in higher education includes roles at the University of Southern California (FightOn!) and Yale University. Jordan earned his Bachelors from the University of Pennsylvania. Jordan has independently consulted for students academic success since 2020.

Jaclyn Salomone comes to A-TEAM Professional Consulting from 15 years of K-12 teaching. Jaclyn worked with students of all backgrounds, abilities, and education levels to guide student success. As an educator, Jaclyn specialized in pedagogical practices that foster inclusion, belonging, and culturally competent educational goals.
Jaclyn holds a Masters of Education from the University of New Haven and a Bachelors in International Affairs from SUNY-Oswego. Through her experience in the classroom and her ability to train incoming and student teachers, she brings years of educational success and curriculum development to her work.
